For one of the World’s leading security risk intelligence companies; we are looking for a Sales Lead Generation Manager to develop a consistent pipeline of high quality leads and opportunities to support the business sales team.
Risk Intelligence specialises in analysing threats from and interaction between piracy, organised crime, terrorism, insurgency and military conflicts since 2001. We advise more than 12% of the World fleet on prevention of maritime security incidents at both the vessel and company level. Additionally, we provide maritime security analysis to private and governmental organisations.

The Sales Director of Risk Intelligence.
The Sales Lead Generation Manager is responsible for developing a consistent pipeline of high quality leads to support the sales team, and monitoring the leads as they move through the sales lifecycle.
The sales lead generating marketing activities are supported by the company’s Communication Manager.
The management of the leads pipeline includes selecting, segmenting and assigning leads to the sales team, monitoring progression through the sales cycles, and re-assigning leads when appropriate, to optimizing the lead handling towards highest possible conversion rates.
In addition, the Sales Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for the conversion of small sized opportunity leads through working/closing smaller accounts, mainly via online communication and phone, allowing the sales team to focus on medium and large opportunity leads that require in-person sales.
Using knowledge and experience of sales and purchasing cycles, the Sales Lead Generation Manager will champion client communications and campaign execution of best practices. This also includes organising annual client seminars around the world.
The Sales Lead Generation Manager will be supported by initially one direct reportee; a Sales Lead Generation Assistant.
The ideal candidate
The Sales Lead Generation Manager has 5+ years of business-to-business lead generation and lead management experience, with a focus on enterprise sales of services or software. In addition, strong knowledge of, and experience with, Salesforce.com.
Passionate about results-oriented marketing with a balance of analytics and creativity. Must be client-focused and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
Previous success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers over the phone (tele sales).
The candidate is expected to be fluent in English (native or high proficiency) with preferably one more major European language.
From the company HQ north of Copenhagen, Denmark. There will be 20-30 days of traveling per year.
