Solteq Denmark A/S employs 50 people with departments in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Odense.

As a Java/J2EE developer, you will be part of Scrum-driven project teams with tasks for both existing and brand-new implementations. It is expected that you solve both team-based and independent development tasks, depending on the size of the tasks. If you are passionate about working ‘close to the customer’ with a high degree of dialogue and expectations, this is also possible.

The ideal candidate

You have a master’s degree in computer science and a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as Java/J2EE developer. Or you might have less education e.g. a bachelor, but then you have more than 4 years of experience as Java/J2EE developer.
It is important that you have an agile “mindset” and in practice have worked with Scrum, as this is the preferred project method at Solteq.
As a person, you are visible and outgoing, and you are motivated by knowing that your personal efforts make a difference for Solteq and its’ customers. At the same time, you are a team player who likes to collaborate to achieve the best results every time.
You do not have to be Danish speaking, but then your English is fluent in both speaking and writing.

Your work is carried out mainly from Solteq’s office in Copenhagen with limited travel to customer visits and trainings.
