The position
As our new Sales Manager, your task will be to maintain and develop sales of feed additives to selected clients in close collaboration in cooperation with your internationally colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining your own customer portfolio as well as outreach sales to international customers with the development of concepts for current and potential customers within the feed industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial responsibility for The Nordic (if applicable UK, IRL)
- Business development–led role with some key account management responsibility
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Market Phytobiotics’ feed additive portfolio to:
- Premix houses
- Feed producers
- Integrators
- Selected farmers
- Distributors
- Actively prospect through networking, referrals, and consistent market presence
- Independently manage customer meetings, negotiations, presentations, and deal execution
- Deliver technical sales presentations, clearly linking product performance to commercial value
- Drive momentum in shorter sales cycles, while maintaining focus and persistence in longer-cycle opportunities
- Strong monogastric focus, with some ruminant exposure beneficial
- Represent the company professionally across the value chain
- Work closely with product management and technical teams while remaining firmly sales-focused
- Own regional sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution
- Consistently use and report through the CRM system, ensuring structured pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and transparent reporting
Your profile and qualifications
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is skilled in establishing, maintaining and developing relationships in the industry and has an analytical and logical approach to sales work. You have knowledge and experience with sales and marketing and you can prepare solution proposals, business cases and offers that address customers’ challenges, opportunities and needs and you can highlight the value of concepts and business models. You operate among clients across borders and fundamentally understand the need of the clients. You have good collaboration skills both in relation to colleagues, customers and external partners at all levels. You work independently and have a high level of energy and being able to pull very hard to achieve the set goals.

- You have several years of experience in selling and market technical products within the feed additive industry
- You have experience in technical sales
- You can document good performance
- You communicate fluently in Danish and English
- You are used to traveling and of course participate in trade fairs and are happy to travel up to 60 days a year
- You are pro-active, goal-oriented and hardworking and you are structured and go after the ball
- You work strategically with customers and create success through close collaboration at all levels
- You have good cultural understanding, strong communication skills and are service-minded
- You plan your own working day and are used to motivating yourself
