They have been in charge of the training of many headhunters in Denmark as well as in Europe and Asia and have been responsible for the development of Search methods, headhunting processes, quality systems etc.
Claus Tolstrup Nielsen is Chairman of the Board. He is likewise a very experienced headhunter and leader in the headhunting trade. He has been partner and CEO in an international headhunting company for a number of years.
